allOimpact

Julia co-founded AlloImpact in 2025 with Lisa Estrada, a consulting firm that helps arts and health organizations thrive through creativity and strategy.
She explores how the same curiosity that fuels great art can shape the systems that sustain it. Through program design, strategic planning, and leadership development, Julia works with teams to turn ideas into structure, collaboration into progress, and inspiration into measurable impact.

AlloImpact draws its name from allophilia, a term coined by Harvard researcher Todd L. Pittinsky to describe the “liking or love of the other.” Rooted in the idea that true inclusion is more than tolerance, allophilia invites us to cultivate genuine curiosity, connection, and positive regard across difference.
— Definition adapted from Todd L. Pittinsky, Allophilia and Intergroup Leadership, Harvard Kennedy School, 2005.
